This is a Dell computer that I can't connect to. On the same network, I can connect to an ASUS laptop. The second customer has a crappy connection and the computer that I can't connect to is an HP. This particular laptop was purchased by the employee himself. 1 of them is a laptop connected to an excellent 100 meg symmetrical Internet on which I have about 60 other Dell computers connected that I sold to the customer. This problem has happened so far with 3 different computers at 3 different customers.

I only get a blank screen when connecting to a remote computer. I have a similar problem with Screen Connect. I just formatted the SSDs, install Windows 7, ran windows update and left it for me to finish at a later time. This is my first time using these Celeron ones but in the past, I've used the NUCs with i3/i5s with on remote access problem.Īlso, these are FRESH Windows 7 installs, so there is no malware/spyware on them. I already tried installing the latest version of the driver from Intel's site and also an older version but it still had the same problem. I'm trying to access an Intel NUC NUC5CPYH unit. The only way I can get access to the remote system is to reboot via safe mode, uninstall the video driver and use the stock VGA driver for Windows. I would hit the control-alt-delete to try to bring up the taskbar but at that point, when I move the mouse, you would see little boxes that would refresh a bit of the screen. Have you guys ever encountered an issue where you connect via Screenconnect and/or Teamviewer and the screen is completely black? I can see the mouse but the video on the screen just doesn't refresh at all.
